What a difference a year makes. Since last year's conference, ICE and NYSE Liffe have taken control of their clearing functions. The Lehman default tested basic tenets of the futures system. And regulators began looking to CCPs to bring stability and transparency to the over-the-counter markets. How are clearinghouses responding to these events and what are their plans for the future?
