Venue.
All sessions will take place at The Brewery, Chiswell Street, London EC1Y4SD.

Badges.
Badges and conference materials will be available for pick-up at the conference venue beginning 08.00 on Tuesday 7 June. Materials will not be mailed ahead of time.

Programme Changes.
The organisers reserve the right to make any necessary changes to the programme.

Special Requirements.
We would like to accommodate the special needs of our delegates and therefore ask you to advise us in advance of any special access requirements.

Cancellation Policy.
If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. Alternatively we will make a refund minus £50 charge for cancellations received in writing no later than Friday 22 May 2011. Thereafter we regret that no refunds can be made and all monies left outstanding will be due immediately. All cancellations, substitutions and changes must be received in writing, e-mail Damon Roberts at droberts@futuresindustry.org. In the unlikely event of the FIA/FOA International Derivatives Expo Programme being cancelled, the FIA, the FOA and their employees regret that they cannot accept any liability for consequential travel or accommodation costs or other losses incurred by delegates.
